Mission Statement

In Brief

This archive restores stolen and suppressed court records and historical documents related to the legacy of Rudolph Valentino. These materials were hidden to control history—I recovered them and present them here as evidence, for the public record, and for truth.

Why This Archive Exists

This blog restores access to court records and archival materials which were hidden, hoarded, or deliberately removed from public access. These are not just papers, they are proof and evidence of wrongdoing. They are pieces of history someone tried to erase.

For nearly two decades, I was the target of a campaign of censorship and personal attacks by those trying to control the legacy of silent film star Rudolph Valentino. At the center of this control was the theft of archives - records which never belonged to them, but to the public.

Archival theft is not just a crime, it’s an attempt to rewrite history. It strips away context, accountability and truth. Those responsible often act quietly, confident no one will challenge them. I did.

Some argue these materials “belong to the family.” That’s a sentimental excuse often used to justify censorship. Court records are not heirlooms. They are evidence. Hiding or editing them to protect reputations isn’t love, it’s distortion.

Over the years, I’ve recovered and verified many of these records and most are court filings buried by silence and misdirection. I post them here with commentary and context. I redact irrelevant personal data, not out of vengeance, but to restore what was taken and defend the truth.

This blog is about evidence, not myth. The documents speak for themselves.

History does not belong to those who steal it.
It belongs to those who preserve it.
Welcome to the record.
